This is the third XP-Pen Device I reviewed recently. The last one was the XP-Pen Artists 13.3Pro, a small slick and portable device. The XP-Pen Artist Display 24 Pro lives on the other end of the spectrum, it is massive. With a 2k QHD display with a resolution of 2560×1440 with 123% sRGB and 20 shortcut keys, this makes it for the ultimate editing display tablet out there.

I’m sorry that I don’t have any unboxing photos but due to the cheer size of the box and my excitement to experiment the display I totally forgot to take some photos.
Design
The design of this drawing table is very nice and stylish, you have 20 fully customizable keys (10 on each side) and two wheels. On the top right corner, you have 5 buttons, the power button and the menu buttons, they are all touch, so they don’t feel like a “normal” button. On the back, you have a two pass-through USB that can be used to connect devices such as your mouse, keyboard or whatever you need to connect. You have an HDMI and also a USB-C connection. By applying the latest innovation and technology, the 24 Pro lets you draw with a more precise cursor positioning even at the four corners for an improved drawing experience.
The Stand:
In my previous reviews, my biggest complaint was the stand. Now this has changed, this stand is fantastic, it is adjustable so you can adjust and use it as you like. I use this display tablet as a third screen, so when I’m not editing I just put the display standing upright like a “normal” monitor, and when I edit I just change the angle of the screen. This stand is really solid and easy to use, I love it.
The Pen:
The pen has a great feeling, and it is the best pen I have ever tried. The pen has two buttons, the case is quite bulky, and it brings a set of 8 replacement nibs. You can use the cap of the pen as a pen stand. While I wished in the past the pen would stick to the side of the monitor with a magnet, the 24 brings and attachment that allows you to store the pen there.
Software
The software is straightforward and intuitive to use; you can control all the shortcuts in there and also change the two function buttons on the pen. I left this as default for now, but slowly I will tweak it to my liking.
How do I use it
At the moment I have a three-screen setup I have a dual 27-inch screen and I have the 24 Display tablet as my 3rd monitor. I use it as a common monitor when I’m not editing, when I need to edit some photos I just adjust it and move it a bit closer to me and edit on it. Since I got the 24 Artist I have not used any other monitor to do any kind of editing, the size is great, my photography camera has 61 megapixels, which means the photos are very big, so having the biggest drawing tablet I can get is key for what I do.
On the following video, I’m just doing a quick mask to join two photos taken with two different exposures using the drawing tablet.
Conclusion
The XP-Pen Artist Display 24 Pro is my new favourite drawing tablet. While writing this review I was really hard trying to find flaws on this display there is no perfect device, but in this situation, I struggle to find what I would improve, maybe I would have smaller bezels so the screen wouldn’t take so much space. Also 100% RGB would be nice but to be very honest I usually edit in sRGB because most people don’t have 100% RGB displays so that doesn’t really bother me.
I recommend this display 100%. At the time of writing this review you can get one for €799.99 ($899.99) and for that price I don’t think you can find a better display tablet on the market.
