Being from Portugal people often think I love the beach, while I like the beach I’m not totally crazy about it like most of my friends, with that being said, there is one beach that I love and it is the Diamond beach in Iceland, with the beautiful glaciers all around is a place I can spend hours and hours and won’t have two shoots the same, also this place can be pretty rough on gear, people often fall and drop their gear into the water, every single time I have been here I managed to put the inside of my boots wet, even with gaiters 🙂 still I feel the best way to shoot in there is get right there on the water and with waves being unpredictable you will get wet, just make sure you protect your gear and be careful with your surroundings as there are many glaciers right behind you.
